Policies & Restrictions

• Reservations preferred at least two days before traveling.
• Refunds for cancellations require 24-hour notice.
• Advanced round-trip booking required for discount.
• Multiple seat discounts apply only to passengers who travel on the same flight and reserve together.
• Two suit cases and one carry-on per seat reserved.
• Bags can be up to 70 pounds and 62 linear inches.
• No pets on shared-ride services.
• Children under two travel free with parents.
• All airport services subject to fuel surcharges.
• Upon arrival, please come to our booth located in the Ground Transportation Center
• Wedding and special event packages are quoted on an individualized basis.
